Karma is much more than just "what you sow, you shall reap". It is a complex spiritual law that connects our actions, intentions and thoughts with our future experiences.
The Three Types of Karma
1. Sanchita Karma
This is the accumulated karma from all previous lives. It forms the basis of your current life circumstances and challenges.
2. Prarabdha Karma
The part of your sanchita karma that is active in this life. This determines the main outlines of your life experience.
3. Kriyamana Karma
The karma you are now creating through your current actions, thoughts and intentions. This is where your free will has the most influence.
How to Transform Karma?
- Conscious Actions: Act from love and compassion
- Self-Awareness: Observe your thoughts and motivations
- Service: Serve others without expectation of reward
- Meditation: Purify your mind and raise your consciousness
